Consulting of new measurement tasks

We offer you engineering services in all areas of dynamic component and assembly testing and complex functional analyses for demanding measurement tasks or new areas of responsibility.

Development of custom sensor solutions

If required, we can develop individual sensor solutions for you, such as miniaturized special sensors and sensors for special edge or installation conditions.

Application of measurement equipment

We apply speed, analog sensors and strain gauge circuits and connect them also with the use of telemetric signal transmission. At the same time we process the necessary components. In our own fully equipped machining area we manufacture constructions.

Test bench/area measurements

We measure the drive dynamics and the behavior of the drive components on the chassis dynamometer or under extreme driving conditions on the test track or on public roads. We then analyze and evaluate them.

In-house/on-site training

In our extensive training courses we clarify your questions about the application of ROTEC hardware and software. We would be happy to give you basic training, train you in spectral and filter analyses, or perform demo measurements at your facilities.
